This page lets any user of the FitXAlpha app -- gym owners and gym members -- request permanent deletion of their account and data. It works whether or not you still have the app installed, and no login is required.
Deletion request received
We'll verify this against your registered mobile number and permanently delete your account and data within 7 business days, then confirm by email or a call to your registered number.
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, this data is permanently removed -- not just deactivated.
Profile Information
Name, mobile number, email, date of birth, address and any other personal details.
Attendance Records
Every check-in and attendance history tied to your account.
Membership & Payment History
Plans, renewals and payment records associated with your account.
Gym Account Data
For gym owners: gym profile, staff and gym-level records tied to the account being deleted.
